What do my training programmes include?

Depending on your goals, each client will receive a full consultation, physical assessment, nutritional diary to complete, home workouts & ongoing support via WhatsApp/ phone or text to get you started on your journey straight away.

What are the training sessions like?

Training is always planned ahead & inline with your goals unless specified otherwise.

​

Each session will encompass a good warm-up, the main session followed by a warm down.

Each exercise is demonstrated & can be adapted to meet your needs & abilities. Sessions are designed to be challenging to make the desired changes & you'll be surprised what you can achieve with confidence & encouragement.
