With KLM Coaching I can help you with meal plans & nutritional advice.

Initially, a diary is supplied to gain an understanding of your eating & drinking habits, by providing weekly feedback on your food diary, suggesting small changes along with recipes & snack ideas. As you become more aware of your eating habits, a few changes can make a big difference. I always start with small changes to ensure future success.

More detailed plans & advice are supplied as you become comfortable with new eating habits.

Depending on your goals, nutritional plans will complement your exercise routine - complete with recipe ideas, calorie & macro targets can be supplied & regularly reviewed.

*Nutritional planning is only available with a committed personal training course.
